My Burrito Kitchen Baby Back Ribs 

“Simply delicious!”

Enjoy mouth-watering ribs with My Burrito Kitchen Mexican Marinade and Chipotle Sauce.

We recently tried baby back ribs and they were fabulous! Why not try cooking with our sauces? (see what you need below).

Ingredients Needed:

Here’s our method, using both products: 

2 baby back ribs, cut in half and put in the bag for 2-3 days, turning and massaging each day. Keep the bag in the fridge during this time. 

Preheat the oven to 160c, empty the ribs and marinade into a roasting dish with a lid and add ½ glass of wine, beer or water. Cover tightly with foil and let braise for a couple of hours until almost falling apart. Take out and let rest (good time to get the oven chips into a hotter oven!) 

When you pop the chips in, glaze the ribs with Chipotle Sauce and put them on a lower shelf for 5-10 minutes. Take out, glaze again and serve with the oven chips and coleslaw.
